Liberalism is a mental illness thread

Went to the bar after the gym last night, blood sugar was a little low. Cinco de Mayo special was a tortilla wrap with blackened chicken, proscuitto, salami, spring mix greens, and balsamic dressing.
It's generally agreed that we don't talk politics at the bar.
Dude I know, one of the regulars, asks me about the road construction going on in town because it's a cluster****. I'm like, I dunno man, they're being awful slow about it.
He says I thought you were on town council. "Nah man, I'm a Republican, I can't get elected around here."
Lady sitting around the corner of the bar says "Are you a Republican?" "Yeah, hard-core. What about it?"
She launches into a tirade about Trump being a pedo, Epstein Island, me being a horrible person, all the usual claptrap.
We all know how Burgundy is about backing down.
I think I ran into Flog's sister.

A good question for a staunch liberal to ponder.
Would he rather see all Republicans/conservative Americans disappear and the only ones remaining are Democrats/liberal Americans ….or vice versa?
I’d ask him to think long and hard on that.

It really doesn’t matter. If he goes with the libs then we will witness how quickly the country turns conservative once these libtards argue amongst themselves on who should be responsible for pay reparations for slavery.
