At this point in the 7th, the Steelers should take a flyer on nussmeier. Maybe one of the three young QBs will turn into something.

It looks like this was a lock prior to the draft to have him in the green room and Goodell there. Either way, awesome moment and a real good pick.
This draft is a solid C+ feel... nothing great, nothing horrid... some seriously stupid stuff with the Lemon guffaw...
I dont think this season all these draft picks make the team. It wouldn't surprise me if, barring injury concerns, the sixth and seventh rounders all get the axe...

Perhaps I should have been more clear, my concern was not doing much to shore up the middle of the D and thus will have to score bigly in order to obtain W's.

He is listed as Navy. Does that mean he won't be available till he has put in his 4 years as an officer like Staubach?
I believe they are allowed to either delay their active service or serve in the reserves
