Pens 25-26 thread

I think they are going to need some help. All the teams left in the playoff race probably aren't winning out either. Look, Columbus lost last night.

The schedule is brutal. Dallas tomorrow, then a back to back Monday and Tuesday.

All these tight games with overtimes don't help either.

Be nice to jump out to a lead in the first and hold it for once.

That's why I said they'll be hard pressed to get the 11-13 more points to make the playoffs. It's just jam packed with teams neck and neck for playoff spots. There's very little room for error.

You know if they had won at least half of their shootouts,this wouldn't be that much of an issue.

If they miss the playoffs, they can point to that as the reason why.

Its going to be REALLY disappointing if they miss the playoffs after all the excitement they have created this year.
 
Gosh I turn the game on and it's 2-2, I blink a few times and we're down 4-2.

Come on guys. They have 7 whole shots with 8 min left in the second.
 
After that second period give up of four goals,I'm not feeling too good about the third.

The first period team needs to come out.

That was an awful loss too.They managed just 12 shots on goal for the entire game. 6-3 with two empty netters.

Hell they even screwed up pulling the goalie with a little over 3 min to go down just one goal. They didn't really get set up and Dallas sent one the length of the ice to crush any chance.

That was a real stinker all around.

Glad I missed it. Spent the day moving furniture. I'm getting too old for that ****.
 
I turned off at 4-2 when the Dallas player casually took the stick out of Karlsson’s hands in front of the referee took a couple strides and dropped it with no call. Then Dallas scored a few seconds later.

No but they lose to the Isles tomorrow night and you can a least put the fork on the table.

They cant hold a lead anymore. Just like we have seen at other times this year. The PK is garbage for some reason now.

If you have to come from behind in the 3rd period every single game against good teams you will definitely lose more than you win.

And don't even get me started on whatever is going on with these refs and the calls.

This part is super annoying. Not sure who pissed who off, but it's almost cheatriots level at this point.

I thought Karlsson was going to get T'd up yesterday. He was pissed, and rightfully so.

How do you explain calls like that other than "something" is going on?
