Anyone noticed what's happening in VA? Elections have consequences and those in VA are criminally dire. AS lied throughout the campaign, backtracking on nearly every promise. She ran her campaign on "affordability" then presides over this. I'd move from that state within the month. This is shocking.

I spent Monday and Tuesday in Manhattan. Sorry to disappoint you all, but I did survive. Yes, the streets are littered with piles of trash (some chest high) because of the snow. As I walked too and from our offices daily, I had to dodge it. The number of bums and cracked out homeless people seems to have risen. As I stepped out of the hotel early Monday AM to walk to the office, I had to bob and weave to avoid one babbling half naked homeless crackhead trying to get into my Marriott. Bums begging for money everywhere in Penn Station (under Madison Square Garden). Two were hand bathing at the sink in the mens room. The oddest was a homeless dude sound asleep standing just inside the entrance to the station.
I couldn't help but miss the days of Rudy's leadership. New York is declining again.
