Trade for Willis
Willis was never as highly touted as Darnold, who had the misfortune of being drafted by the Jets.
Willis might be that guy….I don’t know. He played 2 games with GB and did well.True but was highly touted BEFORE the draft and was wasted in Tenn until he got with Lafleur
what was the question??A great answer from the Rams.
What does coolie smell like.what was the question??
what was the question??
The Rams and Seahawks split their season series 1-1Points scored in those games:Rams: 58Seahawks: 57Total yards in those two games:Rams: 830Seahawks: 829 Now they meet again with a trip to the Super Bowl on the lineThe first two Seahawks-Rams games were terrific. No surprise this one is as well.

Willis was a low floor, high ceiling player. In Tennessee, he didn't have much of a chance, but didn't seize anything either. LaFleur brought out the best in Willis. Who knows if he can sustain it as a Sam Darnold-level starter. What you have to like are his tools. Despite being short, he has a strong build, is fast, and has a rocket for an arm.Willis was never as highly touted as Darnold, who had the misfortune of being drafted by the Jets.
But what would darnold have done here? He is obviously a good QB, but we are like a QB graveyard. I don't have confidence that darnold would have looked good hereWillis might be that guy….I don’t know. He played 2 games with GB and did well.
The difference is,Darnold had a very, very good full season with Minnesota. I thought Minnesota was idiotic for letting him go for a rookie that never played a down in the NFL . Seattle jumped on their opportunity and signed him to a good priced contract. We could have been set for 4 years. Instead we will be still looking and not settled for at least 2 more years. Especially if we bring back Rodgers.
Nice response to the response
I know some on this board like him...I thought McCarthy was a Kenny Pickett type prospect with a stronger arm. He never had to throw the ball at Michigan and was a massive reach in the first round. It was insane for the Vikings to let a QB like Darnold go for nothing.Willis might be that guy….I don’t know. He played 2 games with GB and did well.

So,tell me. What do you do? Not try and make your team better? But what would darnold have done here? He is obviously a good QB, but we are like a QB graveyard. I don't have confidence that darnold would have looked good here
