wonder why he is selling
wonder why he is selling
It is a 2003 with under 5000 miles, he hardly ever rides the thing. If he sells it it is likely he will not miss a garage ornament.
Kellen Winslow has reportedly expressed an interest ...
He is in bidding war with Ben Roethlisberger...
How long has he had this? Just wondering because it's odd that Ben caught flack about riding, but Silverback never caught any. Or is it just because Ben wrecked his & James didn't?
jay williams is a dark horse in the bidding race
i like the " Please do not waste my time with things not pertaining to this auction" line

Maybe because he's pushing 40 and realizes he looks ridiculous on it.
I disagree with that statement. As an old crotch rocket rider guys do not look ridiculous on sport bikes, they do however look dumb on those harley inspired choppers that handle like a buick with 2 flats and have the rider in the haircut or dentist chair position, throw in some ape hangers and you really have something that looks like it should be ridden by a person with the brains of a baboon.
Many folks riding these days seem to be trying too hard.
Many folks, these days, take their bike out less than 500miles a year. Then while doing so, want to be seen as some veteran tough BIKER. The bike is generally over sized and they are out of practice. I see it all the time, ever hear of "STURGIS", gives me a great view of the overall sampling of the biker. YES, trying to hard, as in yoiiikkkeees, I don't want to crash.....

That to me is just funny. My present motorcycle that I bought new in 2006 has over 230,000 miles on it, that is not a typo 230,000 miles I ride mine.

Good for you wingman. Obviously, you live in a better conducive climate to ride. Here where I live, you dont get a long riding season. 3-4K is a decent season for most. I average about 7.5K. One year i had 14,700, exception to the rule. There are a LOT here and everywhere else, that get near + or - 500miles. For every 5k rider, I can show you 10-500miler. "Sturgis" proves this theory, I've talked and specifically ask. Most are a little bashfull, but I get it out of them.
