Tomlin stepping down

sweet God in Heaven...it's happened....

I need a moment...

The new era begins….!!! I’ve only been calling for this since Tebow game!! Do not hire Arthur Smith!!
And for gods sake Omar. I hope you have a plan and get it done fairly quickly !!

The hangover from yesterday’s game is magically lifting!!

Take your DC and OC with you!!

Whoever they bring in is going to have a hell of a tough hill to climb to rebuild this team. In addition, we are going to be in CAP hell for a while too. There are too many over the hill, inflated contracts, and lack of depth to try to fix. This team needs a massive enema and a rebuilding from the top down. Fans need to be patient and give the new regime time to re-build and right the ship. IF Omar was actually responsible for building this team as it sits today, he should be shown the door as well. I don't envy the new regime or what they need to do.

As one of Mike Tomlin’s biggest critics here: thank you Coach Tomlin for the years you put in here, you won a Lombardi by revitalizing a stale, talented roster. You took this team to another Super Bowl too. It shouldn’t be forgotten.

It was time to move on. I’m sure you’ll be successful in what’s next. Your place in this franchise’s history as a great coach is secure

ok I'm over it

time to bring in Stefanski just to further piss off brown's fan
Hopefully they can do better. And as someone recently noted, he's not exactly distinguished himself as a developer of QBs in Cleveland. Nor as one who can hire the right person to develop the QB

I’m guessing that Rodgers won’t be back either given this. Time to see what Howard gives us.

I would LOVE Stefanski.
However, our last 3 coaches all have the same MO, and I think our next one will, too.
Very young coordinator, none of us have heard of, that will be here for 2 decades.
Can we get the hand off from the Deuce to Danny now, too?
Is that asking too much?
Should I just be content with this?

They better get a young offensive minded coach in here. No old ******* washed up retreads. No need to hurry, there are plenty of coordinators out there who are ready for their shot. ****** roster or not, knowing you'll get 20 years is a big deal for a first-time coach.

I hope no Stefanski, plus I doubt we go with a retread coach. The Rooney way is to hire a young coordinator
