what's the key word in that very first sentence?Legal experts say there could be ramifications ...
Emmanuel Mauleón, a law professor at the University of Minnesota...
absolutely NO bias there.Professor Mauleón received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law with specializations in Critical Race Theory and Comparative and International Law, where he served as a senior editor for the UCLA Law Review, the chief developmental editor for the Chicanx-Latinx Law Review.
what's the key word in that sentence?Mauleón warned that the fallout of the FBI’s decision could extend...
Democrats crying "foul" over the investigation. wow. color me blue with shock.U.S. Senators Tina Smith and Amy Klobuchar, both Minnesota Democrats, echoed Walz’s concerns in a letter to the Department of Justice, urging a reversal of the FBI’s decision.
what's the key word in that sentence?Mauleón said the reaction — and potential concern — is that this is going to be a “politically motivated investigation,” ...
yet this CRT expert had zero problem with the Biden administration weaponizing all facets of the DOJ against Trump. Interesting bias, no? and, what is the key phrase in this? Hint, it contains two words "m" and "n" you massive nut guzzler. He pointed to President Donald Trump’s use of the DOJ against his political enemies in the past, and the shrinking gap between the executive branch and the DOJ as reasons why some members of the public might not trust the federal government’s final decision regarding Wednesday’s shooting.
of course... impeachment... of course. for following federal law. of course. from the pfucking CRT expert.“All of these things are the sorts of things that, I think in any other administration, would bring up impeachment articles,” he said.
we have jobs to work, families to protect, self-respect a desire for law and order.
You sure show it.I hate the impotent, do-nothing Democrats, actually. But keep barking up that tree.
no. certainly ze shot a 30-45 semi automatic lever rifle with a green dot magnifying scope.
you're not saying ze is a habitual pfucking liar are you?
I didn’t know Tibs and Flog were movie stars.
Ze told so many lies in one statement, I'd rather not give Zim credit for another.
Semi-auto 30-30. I just can't...

Correct. We are finally enforcing our immigration laws. As we should be.“All of this is unprecedented,” John Sandweg, a former acting ICE director, tells POLITICO Magazine. “I don’t think we’ve ever seen a nationwide immigration enforcement effort like this.”

"that's why you hate all my online tranny friends!"100,000 people all over the country are protesting against ICE with the full support and coverage of the media.
Meanwhile, 345 million fully support the action of ICE ridding our country of illegal migrants that continue to commit heinous acts with many of them having deportation orders against them for years.
These people are in the minority, just because they get all the attention doesn't put them on the right side of the law.
You clueless ******* idiot, this happened days ago.You made the statement: "Wouldn’t revealing the trajectory of the bullet confirm that and exonerate him? Yes or no?" Indicating/inferring no investigation is being done.
My reply was there absolutely are investigations going on, at the local, state and Federal level.
You post a news article that does not refute that. All your article says is that the FBI is loathe to work with the BCA. Now, I don't know the reason behind this, but if it were me, I'd be reticent too. MINN has proven to be one corrupt mother ****** of a state. Crooked from the Governor on down. Does anyone, and I mean anyone, have any faith that MINN agencies can do a better job than the FBI, AND that it would be ethical? Nope.
Regardless, the state is STILL going to investigate it and Keith Ellison and crew have said as such.
So my statement is 100% correct. This is/will be investigated at the state, local and Federal level.
Next Princess?

this one?Read the second paragraph again, slowly this time.
Legal experts said Friday the FBI’s decision to remove the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension from the joint investigation — denying it access to materials, scene evidence and interviews — is highly unusual, with hardly any precedent of similar actions in the past outside of specific investigations against a state itself.

“IS” = it happened, it’s a fact. Not a hypothetical.
Correct. We are finally enforcing our immigration laws. As we should be.
Wages in the United States increased 5.01 percent in September of 2025 over the same month in the previous year.
Yes, inflation has decreased in 2025, with the annual inflation rate easing to 2.7% for the 12 months ending November, down from 3.0% previously reported for September.
Overview
My view on Trump weaponizing ICE is parallel to what I thought about DOGE early on. In both cases, illegal immigration, and wasteful federal spending, respectively, there's a real, undeniable problem that needed to be dealt with. Unfortunately, the belligerent Trump/MAGA way is using a flamethrower, not a scalpel, or even a machete, to get the job done. Consequently, the entire process spins out of control, isn't efficient, ends up in many cases making the problem worse, not better.
Same situation in dealing with illegal drugs being brought into the country. The Coast Guard has full authority to board vessels and arrest suspected criminals. That effort could have been buttressed and supported, and carried out in a systematic way. But no, in Trump's world, it's letting unhinged FoxNews host Pete Hegseth run the military, blasting boats out of the water with no evidence of crimes, no names of suspects, no nothing.
The raid in Caracas to arrest Maduro is yet another example. Same set-up.. same result. We've captured Maduro and his wife, who are sitting in a jail cell awaiting prosecution. Great. Yet the entire Maduro regime has been left intact, who are hunting down Americans in Venezuela as we speak. The raid to capture Maduro resulted in over 100 deaths on the ground, a full military strike was carried out, with no plan in place in how to proceed. When has the Executive Branch ever had war powers? Now it's talk about Trump taking their oil, running the country indefinitely, wanting to rule the entire Western Hemisphere. Greenland, Canada, Mexico are being openly threatened by this administration. This is utter insanity, all of it.
This is not America. This is not the Rule of Law. It's something dictators do. The ends do not justify the means. We can't lose our sanity, and our civility as a nation, as a government, in how we go about our business. The utter failings of the Biden presidency, the ineptitude of the Democratic Party, paved way for Trump's return to power. But as bad as Biden and the Dems may be, that's no excuse to support what is happening now, with non-stop governmental overreach, a foreign policy bordering on madness, and so on. You may see it as an overreaction, an embellishment even, but I truly see signs of a push for autocracy, full top-down control, in what Trump and MAGA are currently doing, both domestically and with foreign policy.
ICE terrorizing Americans around the country, in the off chance they can nab a few illegals, is just a paradigm of a much larger problem that is playing out with this presidency. It is undoubtedly going to get much worse, before it gets better.
