As mentioned, it's a 10-year term but Justice Donohue reaches the mandatory retirement age of 75 in two years anyway. I don't know why she's bothering to run.
Gov. Shapiro will likely win re-election next year and will nominate more Liberal Democrats even if they are voted out but at least we send a message.

Just voted in Chester County PA, apparently our voter services put out the primary poll books instead of the general election ones so no independents on the lists. Independent voters can only vote provisionally. But have heard some locations have run out of provisional ballots.

How does this boneheaded mistake get made? Ridiculous.

Do you really find that surprising? I think most people vote to retain judges without even thinking why they do it.
If I had to guess, I'd say it's 99% of the time and can't think of a single time when one wasn't retained.
