Also, I was listening to NFL Radio today. One of the guests was Don Yee, the agent (and lawyer) for Tom Brady. Now, I understand that an agent/lawyer is going to present the case of their client. But, WOW! This guy gives agents and lawyers a bad name! He did Brady NO FAVORS. He said that the investigators sent a "nicely worded request" to Brady to obtain access to his cell phone. The answer given to the investigators was "a polite no," since it was only a "request."

The feeling is the Wells Report supplied Goodell with enough ammunition to suspend Brady both for breaking the rules by ordering the deflation of footballs and by not cooperating with the investigation when he refused to turn over his cell phone to Wells’ investigators.

Wells’ constant use of "more probable than not" in explaining Brady's role is the standard the NFL was looking for to find him in violation of the rules. The league considers that as good as guilty and just a way of phrasing it in legal terms.

What gets me is the Pats didn't even need to cheat in that game. There was no way that Indy would of won that game. They screwed the pooch for nothing.

I hope it is for at least one year and should also include darth hoodie as it happened on his watch. It would also be fair to ban them from the playoffs for ten years for a decade of cheating and strip them of their championships.
 
A lot of speculation at this point. NY Times and SI suggesting season, others 6-8 games? Think the lack of cooperation on the entire Pat*s organization along with Bradys blatant disregard to cooperate in any way will lead to 8 games for him, Belicheat gets 2-4 and Pat*s fined. No draft pick as they may suck so he won't hit them like the Saints due to Kraft.

The only reason it will be this severe is due to the media attention and outside of Boston, fans, media, players and explayers are watching g Rog real close. 31 owners waiting to see if he takes care of his buddy or not. Rog has to be telling Kraft, yall ****** up, I can't cover these things up any more, out of excuses
 
Belichik should get doled out some punishment. As ruled in bounty gate with Sean Payton, ignorance is of no excuse. He was held as responsible as Vilma and the others. Should be the same as Belichik. However, reality is, it won't happen. It should, but it won't.

This is 100% accurate. If ignorance is not excuse for the Saints then it shouldn't be for the pats**. Both Brady and Belicheat should be gone for a year.
 
I might be a little early here as the punishment hasn't been laid down yet. WHAt about the little **** stick kraft? He had a press conference declairing how everybody owes him an appology. NOT just to him, but to the entire CHEATRIOTS organization. Hey Robert, were are you now??? He needs suspended also!!!

Along the way, think of this. The atlanta falcons upper brass (can't remeber name) got a 4-game suspension even with out knowlege of said (music pipe into stadium) cheating. What about the the GM who texted to his coaches durring a game.......... SUSPENTION.
..............NOW, what will happen to ******** Robert Kraft................. oh, thats right, we all owe him and his cheatriots an appology...
