The Dolphins and Jets will need QBs, why would they trade down?

Does Carolina need a QB? Giants? Cardinals? Bears? Cowboys? - Nope!

Manning and Rivers were selected before Ben. The Steelers don't need the #1 or #4 overall if the right QB is there at say, #11.

Bears only one in that list that def doesn’t. I don’t think Cleveland is rolling with Gabriel and Sanders for another year either if they have a top 5 pick.

Carolina and Arizona need QBs. I think they're both done with their tiny QBs.

Because I am not sold they will give up on Tua. I am also not sold the Jets will buy a clue and draft a QB . They are the dumb and dumber of the NFL. 😅

I'm not sold on Ty Simpson just yet.

Until I see Will Howard play substantial NFL snaps, I still think he's on par with every rising QB on the draft boards.

Back to Simpson...love his quick decision making behind our (Bama) Steeler-like OL - except for Proctor he's a beast - lots of plays with moving boxes to accommodate his skill set. I see some Drew Brees at times I'm just unsure because the play calling is so frenetic it's hard to assess what he could do at the next level because Bama has gone for it on 4th down (mostly fails) more than I can ever remember...

I truly hope he shines but in their primes - Bryce Young and Tua are head and shoulders over Ty at this point in their collegiate careers.

Good analysis of Simpson. Almost all the big QB names entering the season have fallen or haven't developed and it seems like a lot of analysts are grasping for new names. It makes it hard to tell if a guy like Simpson is the real deal or if he's the flavor of the month.
