Week 4--(WINNER post 53)----------STEELERS-at-Vikings----Ireland addition

---- DL / MLB stop the run. Holcom is starting over Wilson, this will help in the run effort. I still see the same alignment of TJ Watt all game, nothing to counter act (Blitz / position rotate /. Take note though, WATT is the best player they have and he does a lot of un-seen things through-out the game.
----DBs looks like Elliot and JPJ are going to see playing time, that is a plus as well.

4) This past week I had a lady call about some plumbing question of a rental that we had worked on in the past. I answered all her questions patiently, but also told her I had closed my business and retire. She was happy for me and had said she was retired too (she is 1 yr older than me). She also led right into asking me out on a date, which I accepted. The tie-breaker question is Who should pay for the date ? Him or Her and I look forward to varied comments to support your answer. In today's time, old fashioned has left the building.

HOT Topic: My original topic was deemed to HOT for the short amount of time I have to write it. I'm using a different topic today.
........Dogs are a very friendly and owner loved pet. Owners have a tendency to treat the pet better than family members at time. I've had constant dog problems on my place for the 25+ years I've lived here. I've had a couple pet dogs myself as well, currently I do not for last 11 years. 1.5 years ago I was involved in a bad dog bite situation. It started from a knock on my door and a distressed young lady looking for her dog. She said he had run onto my place and claimed he was an "Emotional support dog" (this comes into play later). I said (1st mistake) that I'd put shoes on and help her look. We searched and found, but the dog would not come to her or me. Eventually the dog stopped near me and I said should I grab him, she said yes he doesn't bite...... I did and all hell broke lose, the dog bit and ripped my hand badly. Of course I let go and to keep my hand together I pulled my glove out of back pocket and put over injured hand. The dog did come to her and she got leash on it. I call the Sherrif office and with a dog bite blood involved they sent immediate response.
........... Long story shortened I couldn't hold owner to anything other than medical. I couldn't press trespassing as I invited her on as to my offer to help find the dog. There is no such thing as an "emotional support" dog. There is no certification offered for said title. A service dog has to be trained and pass to earn the degree of a service dog, no small feat. Even as a service dog they have limited rights when it comes to the law if unprovoked attach.
.......... I've made it my policy from that day forward, there is no "nice guy" in play. If a dog enters my property I take pictures / video to prove said dog is identifiable to my property, then call the sheriff's office to report stray dog. I show the proof, they locate the dog and arrest the dog, to later have the owners pay fine, which gets steeper each time by #3 it's to expensive so most put the dog down. (not my fault as a land owner)
.......... I've had several dog owners holler and scream at me because I won't let the onto my private property. I respond that they were the poor dog owner who allowed their dog to escape, It wasn't me who let him run free.
.......... My property does NOT have to be posted, but I have NO Trespassing signs up and viewable.
.......... You'd think everybody hates me but it's the exact opposite. I established a boundary and stuck to it. I also do things for most in need, throughout the year, whether it's plow snow from a driveway to helping a kid with a flat tire, to giving garden veggies, amongst many other things as well.
......... My county road is used by many and people will bring their dogs out and run them while they drive their car, a problem in the making with all the deer I have around. My stance is I'm only as hard as the people around me drive me to be.

Sounds like a ****** pet owner, She is 100% responsible, not the dog. Accidents do happen and dogs do escape. You were only trying to help, good on you! I have encountered stray dogs before a less aggressive approach like food or treats is always my go to as they all speak that language. A dog like that is biting out of fear and loyalty to protect his owner from a perceived threat from a stranger. A dog isn't that different from putting you're hands on a stranger, you will get wildly different outcomes.
That said
Don't let a bad owner turn you're heart cold towards dogs, they are not the problem.
It's like Pittbulls, It's the low class pieces of sh*t like Michael vick that have bred them to fight and turned a once innocent breed into killing machines. The dogs were never the problem until man ruthelessly abused, starved and bred them into the problem.
Thanks for being kind enough to not shoot the dog like many people would unfortunately do, especially out in the country.

Don’t fear, I hear and know exactly what you are saying. I love animals, including dogs. My place is a sanctuary for all animals. I have to protect my property and animals from attach of stray dogs. It amazing how little care people give to their beloved pets until someone holds them accountable. That is exactly what I’m doing.

I have encountered many aggressive abused dogs (pet owners). Yes there are many GREAT pet owners but I don’t see them as they keep their animals in check. It’s the bad-Apples that make it hard on the rest.

EDIT: PS, it’s definitely not the dogs fault and I hope I didn’t portray it as that. In this case, the owner lady was a real piece of work. The Sheriff’s department knew her well and it wasn’t all because of her dog. She lived in adjasent trailer court and has since moved (good riddance).

I had never picked against my team till last season. So pissed off with the lack of progress over the last 6 years.

The Steelers have given up 369+ yards a game to the likes of Justin Fields,Sam Darnold and Drake Maye. Can Carson Wentz join the party? Brian Flores pass D is 3rd best and he loves to go after the QB. Which is not great news for Aaron and company. I think a couple defensive TD’s might happen.

Perhaps I'm jaded by the gut punch of the Penn State game which reminded me to judge things as they are and not how they could be

Pat Meyer is a horrible teacher as an OL coach. These guys still make the same mistakes week after week, Broderick Jones must have a learning disability. 3 years and still looks like it's his first day playing OT.

Brian Flores is a real DC, He will have the vikes DL do stunts because the steelers OL is too dumb to pick up movement. The steelers blocking will be crap as usual. Flores will disguise coverage which means only Rodgers will understand what's happening and the receivers will run incorrect routes while ROdgers runs for his life.

They will play Gainwell over Warren for no reason much of the time.

The steelers defense is as complex as a children's book. Carson Wentz will look like an all pro

Well we were on a Viking Ocean cruise snd one of the optional tours was a conesier tour at the Guiness factory.
Our ship arrived in Dublin Sunday morning @6 AM. Our tour pf Guiness started at 9 AM. Everywhere was a madhouse of Steeler fans. There were do many Steeler jerseys you eould have thought we were on an Iron City brewing tour😂🤪.

We had @14 in our group and they took us to a private barroom to start the tour. Our brewmaster who had traveled extensively in the States snd knew our beer near Hershey, Troegs, was very thorough. We started with a pale ale of guinness and worked through 4 total flights until we each got to learn how to pour a Guiness from the tap into a Guiness pint glass (BTW an Irish pint is 20oz, not 16!). We each had to learn to top off the pint to get the perfect Guinness head.

The tour was well worth it. I’m not much of a beer drinker so I had a few sips of all 4 flights and the final Irish pint. One in our group drank both his own flight and Pint and also his wife’s flight and Pint!

By that time he was speaking Gaelic😂😎👍😎
