Anybody notice that once ernie and billy have left, they could afford to fix the faulty communications (headset problems) system.......?
A kayak stroke is measured from paddle exit to paddle entrance, in case you didn't know...........................
also switching from a 44oz paddle(average $60.00) to a 23oz (mine was $530.00) high end paddle can save you over 20,000lbs worth of lifting in a 74mile race.

HOT Topic Cooking with DIC
Several here have asked about tuna casserole, something simple and easy. As a kid (we were dirt poor) we had the most simple thing and we called it tuna
casserole. Cheap and easy to prepare, here is the Basic 2-cans tuna (drained), two cans Cream of Mushroom(a luxury item at the time), 1-box elbow
macaroni (add more macaroni if more people were eating). Cook macaroni, drain, add tuna / cream of mushroom, mix well and eat.
Today's version is a more of add what ever you want, use the basics but add broccoli / peas / corn / asparagus / BACON / you get the drift..........
To be a little more healthy, add an extra can tuna, subtract a can of cream of mushroom and replace with equal amount of plain greek yogurt.......
...............as hard as it may be, skip the bacon as well (I never use the bacon option here, in fact i cook the original just to remind me of my up-bringing).
Helpful Hint........ Mix single can cream of mushroom with yogurt prior to dumping in with rest of ingredients............
Quick and filling easy for late night / tired as hellA / cooking.
There are two kinds of people
