2025 preseason wk3 Steelers at Carolina 8-21-25 7pm gameday thread

I dont care what the **** the NFL trys to say, Turf fields create weird fluke season ending injuries... either your cleats cant get traction and you slip everywhere or your cleats stick, the fake grass doesnt give, and you blow your knee out

It's early, but Khan and Weidl building the lines looks good on paper.

Fautanu, Frazier, and McMormick are all starting and you can slowly see some growth. Btw, Fautanu has just popped on tape watching his games. Of course Jones also stepped it up once he got back to practicing.

Harmon impressed and Black is showing he's ready to contribute as well.

A lot of youth and talent along both lines.

You don't even need to do injury research, the players always say they prefer playing on grass. There's no excuse for any outdoor stadium to have an artificial surface.

I guess it's because they have so many events there including professional soccer, college football etc. They don't think of the toll on players

Pittsburgh has college and pro and plays on grass. 150 lb soccer players won't damage the grass and they put grass over the turf when international games are played in stadiums.
