AB wanted on murder charge

From the article:

"Several days later, the victim met with police detectives. He allegedly said that, after the initial fight had been broken up, Brown 'began to run toward him with a firearm' and shot twice. The victim said he was possibly grazed in the neck."

Possibly
grazed in the neck? How do you not know if you were hit by a bullet, grazed or otherwise?

Sad how he turned out. I remember going to training camp a d watching him on the jugs machine an hour after everyone else left the field
One of the games we went to (Harrison's first game back after Bengals) he was clearly the most popular player at the time and was extremely gracious to fans.

I read another more detailed article that said the guy was taken to the hospital. Treated for wounds and went home. it was a couple days later that the detectives talked with him and he stated that the neck wound was from AB gunshot.

AB is in hiding right now, he best turn himself in. He is in deeper than he thinks and this is serious. My speculation of course.

Time will sort this who;le thing out, but firearm is a serious offense and not likely to be swept under the rug.

Penalty should be the same, IMO — only difference is his aim sucked.

A-N-D

The victim is still alive…………………. Big difference.

Yup. Maybe getting him in the court system will get him the treatment he needs. As someone posted here he was always a smug douche, but dude has completely flipped out. There is no doubt in my mind he is suffering from CTE.

I don't have any doubt either. I've seen plenty enough interviews of him post football career.

He needs help badly and he needs to be off the streets until then.

Intent was the same. In hockey if you swing your stick but the player ducks and it misses his head, should it be a penalty?

Frame it how ever you want, but the bottom line is Attempted murder and Murder are two different things. In one, the person is alive, the other they are dead. Court of Law 101 and it’s not a judgement call. That is why there is a sever difference of the two
When it comes to sentencing.

Even if it hits his head, it's not a penalty when you play for the Florida rats

He doesn't have cte

Then he's batshit bonkers and a douchebag.

It's hard to say we don't know his entire medical history.
He's definitely been seeing a therapist over the years and he's clearly been knocked out cold on the field,I just don't know how many times from high school on.

Thought they had no way of finding out until their toes permanently pointed upwards? Or they were dust in the wind…
