There was an ad on Craigslist during the Presidential campaign offering to pay people to attend the Harris rally in Phoenix if they agreed to carry anti-Trump signs.

Your example is much more ominous, so my question is why can't these instigators be identified with certainty and prosecuted?

I'd like to believe that our entire governmental system isn't completely corrupt, but it's the only explanation I can come up with. The professionally made signs, coordinated apparel, and pallets of bricks cost money. Just who is funding all of this? It's easy to say Soros, but where's the proof? People should be in handcuffs or swinging from a tree branch, but they're not.
