Netflix can’t handle Tyson, bad sign for Christmas

Netflix is crashing for a 58 year old Tyson against some social media influencer wannabe.

If the NFL cared about its fans they’d take the Christmas game of Steelers-Chiefs from Netflix Monday morning, but we know they won’t

Buckle up for one unmerry Christmas

Well whatever they did it did not work
I watched it on a 10 minute delay to get it to work.. live it started to freeze as soon as it got to the chick fight
 
Agreed with freeze up. Was terrible debut for Netflix. I'm asking this as a serious question. Cause I dont know. The fight was a bit of a worldwide phenomenon of people wanting to watch a train wreck. Would a week 17 football game rival that in terms of views?

Good question, I would still think Steelers-Chiefs would draw even more people, could be wrong tho

Mine tv kept freezing early on,then stopped when the chick's fought,and was fine for the remainder. I'm sure it was a big draw.

It's nothing like Pittsburgh vs Kansas City is going to be though.

Only thing being I heard a lot of people who were not even passing boxing fans talking about watching.
Average NFL viewership in prime time was 19 million I assume in the U.S. I'm thinking more then 19 million in US watched that fight.
Paul is saying 120 million worldwide I assume. Looking at those numbers I don't think it will be a problem.
 
We had occasional freezes. That did not bother me as much as having to stay up that late to watch bad a WWE "battle". Pathetic. Having the Steelers on Netflix on Christmas may turn out to be a bigger train wreck...

Hope it doesn't get to a point where all these streaming platforms don't add up to the cost of satellite cause then what would have been the point of cancelling

If you think they won't be ready based on last night's horrible experience, you live under a rock...

As an IT professional with decades of experience, I will put my money on them upgrading their equipment and Data Centers by the end of the month.

Interesting scenario but I don't think our game, on Christmas, will rival the number of people that logged on to watch the fight last night. JMO...

Bingo. That fight was watched on a global scale. I'd wager every continent had significant users logging in to watch. The NFL has a global fans, sure, but every one knows the name Mike Tyson and Paul is a **** head but his influence is phenomenal as well - especially with the new generations...
 
If you live in the KDKA viewing area, or you have IPTV, you will be able to watch the game as usual. If
