They have been lucky with TJ Watt being so dominant and having a very unsustainable turnover rate. Outside of those two things this defense is hot garbage. They get ran through week in and week out by average at best runningbacks, and can't cover on the back end. You shouldn't get beat by a RB outside especially when he is double covered. That play pretty much sums up this secondary.

I read somewhere our record is 1-10 when TJ is out. Him and a couple others are the reason this team isn't currently 1-6.
 
At this point what is the point of keeping Canada? This is a total shitshow on offense. The defense is just as bad. Yes, they have been opportunistic at times with turnovers and T.J. Watt has been a one-man wrecking crew. Having said that, they are giving up 300-400 yards a game. Teryl Austin is as bad as Canada. Please, for the love of God play Broderick Jones over Okorafor. Okorafor is a human turnstile. Warren needs more carries. Pickens needs more targets. If you throw to Pickens and Johnson actually catches some balls, you won't have what seems like 10 guys in the box. Throw the ball to Washington or at least give him a chance to go up and get it. Oh, and **** the Refs.

Call it what you want. If you are 4-3 with this offense you are doing something
 
After watching replay Pickens needs to get off of loving himself and play smart. The catch no catch if he would have stopped showboating and run back to line and call a play maybe they would not have had time to throw the challenge flag. We are a poor tackling secondary, we stand and wait as other defenses attack

****, just watching 3 minutes of any other game, makes me see how pedestrian our Offense is. NO excuse or gray area in that regards as eye test is easy to see.

Scores in today NFL is best when above 24, but that is even low.

Add in just how little they actually bring the extra man on a blitz. They rely on the TJ WATT factor and that usually brings double teaming him. Nothing like negating a player with **** scheme “D”.

Austin is just as bad of GARBAGE as our genius OC.

When I was a kid I caught a nice sized turtle in the Allegheny River near the Highland Park Dam..

And in Pittsburgh's Station Heights and Squirrel Hill neighborhoods their know as Gefilte fish.

They saw some progression of the offense in last 7 games last year. Believed it would continue. Any other organization would clean house after this season.

How about getting the pick and running it out of the endzone to the 3 yd line. For a guy who's played the game for 15+ years? come on bro

The only thing this defense is doing is getting enough turnovers to give false hope to fans that don't know what a bad defense looks like.
