Which stinks of forcing a selection. So that better O-Lineman or D-lineman sitting there we can wave bye bye.

B b b but we get this CB that might star, might be nothing more than a second corner, might bust. Regardless will take time to find out which. In the mean time the secondary will be exposed just enough to keep the team from doing anything noteworthy. But hey there might still be a winning season.

These mediocre meatheads have got me in a mood...

Definitely a concern slash.

I’m in the same boat as they will pass on a 10+ year Tackle and take a CB #1 and yet not be able to actually continue the developement of said CB. Tomlin & Co. don’t seem to have to good a record on drafting high end DBs.

It really hampers the BPA attempt and also points out who the STEELERS will be targeting in the draft.

Sutton may not have been “all world”, but his presence and play would have allowed this team to get way better in the draft and for a measly 11mil, we could have been sitting real good in the draft. Now we need at least a starting CB in free agency and a day one starting CB in the draft.

Sutton is gone...21 mil in his pocket right away...

Thanks berm, I realized that shortly after I posted. It’s to bad we didn’t retain him and for that price it would have been a pretty inexpensive option.

ALSO: can you give us a break down on Phillips III ?

Always a possibility that a player doesn't last long due to unseen circumstances. Busts out, injuries, etc.

You really aren't as smart as you think you are.

I’m still holding out on the two OT book ends and hope like hell if the LT is there, we TAKE HIM without any fancy footwork on getting to the podium, this could be a record breaking year in that time lapse.

NO doLT-ing on the way up to announce our pick.

I will flip if they draft Porter over Broderick. I hope they please please stay true to their board.
I would flip too. But who’s to say that isn’t their board?

I’ve been saying since January wait till Jones blows up the combine his stock will go way up. I would have chosen him before Paris and Peter.

We’ll never get a chance to flip. He will be gone.

Brian Branch. Plays the game with such intensity and passion. Just has Steeler written all over him. He could probably learn a thing or two from Pat Pete.

Jarvis Jones, JaMarcus Russell.

What round were they selected?

Come back when you're smarter...

I warned you all the Jarvis Jones was a bad pick, didn't I? Besides none of those guys are tackles. DUH. I can't educate you.

I think he’s going to be great as well. Unfortunately we have lots of needs and he will go elsewhere. Kazee just signed, but only 2 years.

Who did you warn? No one here liked the pick
Next we’ll be told he didn’t like the Artie Burns pick. Oh wait. I’m sure we’ve already been told. 😂
Or taking credit for picking Big Ben when he fell into our laps. What able minded Steelers fan wouldn’t have picked Ben?

WTF??? Name ONE PERSON who pimped Jarvis Jones before the draft.

You OBVIOUSLY have reading comprehension issues. Go back and read my response to your post (the first one). Since I must (well, all of us) explain everything to you - I said that since you pimped the two players---they'll be out of the league in four years.

Does that make sense, Coochie Poo???

It never ceases to amaze us how shallow you are.

With Spillane signing elsewhere we BETTER be drafting Drew Sanders or Jack Campbell with one of our top 3 picks or at least Henley later.

We can play with the OL we have and they could be so much better with a real OL coach or better play concepts/calls.

We cannot however afford to address positions which are not a priority need when we have the weakest position on defense left to picks over #200 or other teams casualties.

As it stands today, IMO, our biggest needs (besides play caller and position coaches worth a ****) are, ILB, OLB, CB and DE followed by another WR on Offense.

They overpayed for Ogunjobi but at least didn't overpay for a #2 quality CB in Sutton. The ILB position has sucked since "Bince" and Shazier and our run D has suffered as a result. It doesn't have anything to do with not having a good NT as we haven't had one of those in 10 years. It hurt when our bigger DE decided to retire at age 25 too.

The days of this team valuing a run-stuffing NT are long gone and that isn't going to change.

Jones and Robinson. Though I suspect both will off the board.
as much as you ***** and complain about Harris, you want to draft another RB in round 1?
