Now that tge league chopped out his “Documentary crew” and teams routinely do actual security checks on their locker rooms, he isn’t quite as successful… Kraft isn’t a great fan of his… he will keep him around to chase Shulas record, but a couple losing seasons and he would be out on his ***

People only play for him to win championships.. if thats gone.. who would want to?

sorry, I read on here Tomlin sucks. who are we to believe? our experts on here or players that are just around him every day.

Meh
Tomlin is a top five to ten coach
He sucks at a lot of things
He probably will be a hall of fame coach
He is not by any means a great coach
He is great to play for
He never seems to have a losing season
It probably is time to move on from him

Every one of the above statements can be simultaneously true… the state of the NFL coaching is abysmal… Tomlin has some nice achievements, but it’s extremely rare for a coach to win with a team he has coached for over five or six years … messages get stale and flaws in strategy or personnel selection compounds in areas … thats why you often see a coach come in and have early success… they take what the previous coach build and add their own message and expertise to it and for a few years the team has an edge…

agree 100%

Players love Tomlin just like the college players at Penn State love Franklin. I think that is more important in college than the NFL but who knows?

“As a player the worst thing is the leader of the team or so-called leader of the team, freaking out in front of you guys. And you’re thinking we’re supposed to look to you as a voice of reason.”

LOL....Ok, not exactly a ringing endorsement. More like we like the "players coach" and not being held accountable. Like when Allen went over to the Raiders sideline huddle, got penalized and Mikey's response was " Keep on Trucking"...Friggin brilliant. I think Muth misspoke there though, that statement sounds a bit out of character for him.

Without Br*dy and Ernie Adams, Belicheat is pretty much back to where he was with Cleveland when we used to kick his *** all the time.

Nobody would listen when he was “cheatiN” winning, but5 now that his cheating partners are gone he will go back to his original beginnings.

You nailed it on ERNIE, t*mmyb*y, and Kraft. Take the cheat away and the winning constantly ends.

Salute the nation

I loved my college coach.. LOVED HIM. But guess what we didnt have winning seasons and he was canned. Nobody gave 2 ***** that the players loved him.

Lol Drink….Aditi didn’t write the article, LeeAnn did.

So Devin Bush tweeted " Playing for a coach that has played in the NFL..........." with a emoji like hmm that might be nice. Or maybe I wonder what that would be like. Now as you all know, not a big supporter of Shades here.........but listen Devin, that man kept you in there longer than 4/5 of the leagues coaches would and should have. You are going to get a meager 1st round reclamation contract and assuming you play how you have, not taking a gap and going bar to bar with olineman you are going to be an ex NFL player at the end of next season or sooner.

Devin looks like the type to blame everything on everyone else but himself. Injury definitely robbed him of explosion. But he comes across as a punk on top of it. Weak link be gone...

He will bounce around on practice squads for a bit

He will get a full legitimate opportunity to make a 53 man roster next year. Every high first rounder gets a second chance. If he does what he did in Pittsburgh, you are 100% correct. And I can't recall a defensive player who essentially can't play the run turning that around.

A quality linebacker reads run from the movement of the line and then sleds to his gap or his flow gap and cancels it. What I see in Devin Bush is a guy watching the running back. And if you do that you are too late to the party and the guard is out on you and considering size and strength you have lost already.
