Redskins picked him up.

Underwhelming at every stop

Wasn't a good fit here. Barely adequate anywhere else.

They didn't use him properly, never given a chance to succeed........................ When ziggy first entered our team, I liked him a lot JUST because of his name. Then I rooted for him blindly, after all he was a STEELERs player. Then slowly, the name thingy wore off and with great lost hopes, his playing caliber set into reality. I was glad when he left and felt now is time for a new player. I don't wish bad on anyone and I do hope he does well, yet also glad he is not here.

Salute the nation

I was wrong about him. Great athlete and excellent college player, just not a good NFL football player.

A lot of talk he wasn't a 3-4 end which I never could understand. Now after a couple of 4-3 teams he's back in a 3-4. I thought he never had the motor to go with the physical skills. More than a few don't.

Always thought Hood was built more like a Nose Tackle. Could've maybe had better success if he was groomed for the inside plus he was a workout warrior in the gym so he was strong enough, but the expectation of course was for him to step right in at DE since we drafted him # 1. But in today's NFL DE's should be built more like Heyward, Tuitt.

To me, he seemed to be a good enough athlete and had a good enough work ethic to fit into the Steelers scheme and be a good player. He did not.

I'll never understand this one. Athleticism and work ethic for days. Just doesn't have it above the neck I guess?

And ugly actors/singers/rich dudes get lots of ***** . . .somethings just don't make any sense.

Let me clear it up for you. The perception of a man's pecker size by a woman is directly proportional to his income. Same formula applies to looks.
