The difference is that in the 80's everyone knew we were not going to do much, we had pretty pedestrian talent, so it's not a big surprise when you don't win. When you have the talent that we have today, which should be enough to carry you deep in the post season, and you lose to teams like Cleveland, Oakland,...etc it is much harder to stomach in my opinion.

I hear exactly what you are saying and yes SIR, you are correct............................................................... We didn't get them on TV but I was able to listen to most games on radio and colorful radio it was.......

Speaking of Juju, both him and AB should have bigger games in that match-up. Their D has hiccups like ours.
 
I thought the Steelers would get blown away and was sooooo surprised of the plays and effort last night. I figured with all the media on Steelers losing their way, bringing in a kicker along with Pat's losing the way they did last week we were going to have a long night. How many out there thought the same, yes we wanted a win but how confident were we to see it coming.
