Hindsight is 20/20 and looking back I'll admit when I heard of what was going on with Antonio Brown I thought to myself....this guy is UNHINGED, a LOOSE CANNON........CRAZY.....complaining about his helmet going as far as to file two grievances with the NFL front office over it and threatening not to play if he wasn't allowed to use his old helmet. Only showing up for 3 practices with his new team the Raiders despite having private workouts with Derek Carr. Then just when you think it can't get anymore insane he goes after the Raiders GM Mike Mayock and calls him a "CRACKER" (which is racist but I'm sure he won't face any punishment over that).......the guy basically masterminded this scheme behind the scenes.....forcing the Raiders to have no choice but to release him.....he made himself appear to be a guy who was borderline mentally insane not showing up to team meetings, arriving late for mandatory meetings and put the GM & Coaching Staff with only one choice which was to cut ties with AB. You could tell from the videoclip he posted on Instagram when he asked the Raiders to cut him after a so called "Heartfelt Apology" to his teammates and GM Mike Mayock....that this was what he wanted originally. I can't help but think the Patriots all had a hand in this from the beginning telling him to get himself cut from the Raiders by doing these actions. Now all of a sudden there is no problem with the helmet and he's no longer acting like a guy who needs to be put into a mental ward. Call me crazy but this was one of the Greatest Acting Jobs in HISTORY! The NFL should be ashamed of themselves that they let this happen. It's more of a farce than the WWE.

The NFL under Goodell has been an embarrassment. This was clearly a case of the Pats* meddling in another team's player, but there will be no consequences just like there was never any real consequences every other time they were caught cheating. Brown should be suspended for both the racial slur, and for making a mockery of the NFL, but it won't happen. Goodell is too busy trying to appear woke.

While I think it was orchestrated, I do not think Antonio Brown orchestrated it. I think it was none other than Drew Rosenhaus, who in my mind is becoming every bit the agent scum bag that Scott Boras is. Antonio Brown isn't that smart. No ******* way. I also believe the Patriots had a hand in the whole thing, since there was no way the Steelers were ever going to trade Brown to the Pats in this lifetime or any other.

So much of this whole thing makes no sense that it HAD to be orchestrated. There is some stuff that doesn't match, but I can't think it wasn't orchestrated. Whole thing is nuts.

The Patriots offered the Steelers a #1 pick for AB in March, but Colbert said he wouldn't trade him to them, then they still get him for nothing. Can't make this up. The Pats and AB come out unscathed, but the Steelers and OAK were made to look like fools. Rich gets richer.

How many ******* AB threads u want?

I would ban any attention ***** starting any more Pats or Antonior Brown threads

Stew in the stink that is your 2019 no talent Steelers

ABSOLUTELY WAS, but NE's Owner was busted in a prostitution ring, their safety busted with cocaine, their WR has been suspended 20 times for drugs, their other WR for steroids, their QB for cheating multiple times, yet nothing comes of any of it, so nothing will come of this either.

I'm not saying this is untrue, but, source please?

I hate to be some conspiracy theorist, but yeah. sitting out for helmet not up to speed,,, etc.. then the thing that also convinces me. When he posted that thing about " youre going to piss off a lot of people when you start doing things for you". Then said release me. He already knew wtf he was doing and where he was going.

We have more important things to worry about than Brown. He is the player the NFL loves in today's game, no accountability from players and no integrity of the league. We as fans continue to support the sport we love and that has change way to much to allow individual players to do as Brown and really many others.

Meh had we gotten that first we simply would have ised it to move up for Bush anyhow....the raiders should try to get the pats third and fifth as compensation however...

Of course it was orchestrated. He ******* hired a company to advise him how to get the Raiders to release him.

And the league? "Huh? Wazzup?"

Nobody negotiates an NFL contract in 30 minutes. And nobody gives a headcase like this a 9 million signing bonus if he's already unemployed. The deal was OF COURSE prearranged. The only question in my mind is did he go to the Raiders intending to get himself cut his all along? Or did he and Rosenhaus cook this scheme up later. Not that it matters much.

I believe he planned to get to the P*ts from the day he walked out of practice.

Whoever ******* team works with Rosenhaus completely deserves the ***-******* they are likely to get.

As soon as the Raiders nixed his guaranteed money big head and Rosenhaus's charade went into full swing. Prior to that, I doubt big head would intentionally try and sabotage his giant contract but who knows?

If he has one great year with the *pats he'll get every penny of that back and probably more.

C’mon, it wasn’t orchestrated. AB lost $20 million in guaranteed money. He’s crazy and stupid but not that crazy and stupid.

It was absolutely orchestrated. Was listening to Dan Patrick this morning and they also assume it was orchestrated between Rosenhaus and the Pats. They were talking about how the NFL might take a draft pick or something for tampering. They have some Pats homers on their show too and nobody even questioned that the Pats tampered.

He lost 20M in guarantees, but he got free agency after just 1 year. All he has to do is play nice in NE and that 30M will be a small number in the offseason.

No doubt in my mind. I also know that nothing will happen to them.
