First off if that was Tom Brady or Peyton Manning coming out of the xray room to engineer the game winning drive no matter how it went down, there would be no end to the slobbering over their junk. They went on about Peyton last week when mostly he handed the ****** ball off and I have absolutely no question about the fact that Osweiler would have won that game. None.
Most of them have agreed that Burfect's hit was illegal and stupid. However, Marshall Faulk continues to talk about how it is part of the game and like it was borderline. Does anyone possibly believe that if it was Mitchell hitting Green that he would take that position. C'mon. Then it was Mooch talking about Munchak and Porter. Look Porter shouldn't have gotten into it with the trash, but ******** thug Pacman was flagged FOR MAKING CONTACT WITH AN OFFICIAL. The problem was that the officials were so ****** and he was unable to communicate. Gillberry bumped Peezy, Peezy said some more and ******** threw a punch from eight feet away. If the ref does his job properly and announces the penalty and gives ******** the gate there is no confusion about the call.
As far as Munchak,
1. It was an uncalled late hit on Touisaint. He was shoved out of bounds into the bench.
2.The trash player ends up on top of Munchak. He says something to Munchak. Munchak grabbed his arm. The ****** guys hair is down to his arm. He wasn't trying to pull the ******* hair. Give me a break.

Yep

Officials ****** up many calls and non calls, and clearly should have ejected bungle thugs Burfict and pacman.

A talking head doesn't necessarily mean there is a brain in it. The pattern of Burficts "borderline" hits is telling. The guy is a good athlete and no doubt has the ability to make split second decisions. He skirts that line intentionally so he can say, "What? Me?" Look at the hit on Ben. He claimed to be blocked into him.

Well Faulk just revealed himself. He said whether it was the Bengals and the Steelers or the Ravens and the Steelers. "And lets be honest, when we played Michael" Its the Steelers.

Why pacman wasn't ejected is beyond me. Burfict should have been out of game by that time in the game. These refs didn't control anything. My sister, who is married and doesn't even have a boyfriend boyfriend could have called a better game!!!!!!!

Salute the nation

Don't care what the talking heads are saying...they will never understand the joy in my heart when I saw Ben coming back onto the field instead of Landry Jones. And like the good old days, aided by defensive penalties or otherwise, he didn't let me down.

Ben = Legend.

I think the refs were afraid things were going to go to far if they ejected him. I will be sending an email (I know what will that do) to NFL about Faulk comments and clear bias going back to his playing days.

Munchak probably shouldn't have touched Nelson, but Nelson collided with him and then was going after the running back. No way was he trying to grab his hair, it just got caught between his fingers.

Porter shouldn't have been on the field and had no need to run his mouth, but there was no need for anyone to go after him in that instance either.

Then the outright dumb, dirty plays are completely overshadowing the INCREDIBLE display by Roethlisberger coming back on the field and leading the Steelers to a game-winning field goal. It was absolutely legendary and should've been one of the biggest topics today. It's barely a blip on the radar, which is too bad.

THANK YOU!!!! You are 100% correct on all of this. That's what I was trying to tell everyone at the bar I was at. Pac Man got his flag for going off in front of an official and for making contact with said official. Also, as we know they almost never get the instigator in these situations......so people bitching about Joey talking **** can STFU. Burfict is a dirty player and I don't blame Porter for coming out there to get one of his guys. All these commentators are talking about how that's not his "position" coach. So ridiculous. Like he's only supposed to care if it's a linebacker?

Ben will never get any credit for being tough. Even the excess kneeing on the sack was ignored, the flags would have come from the rafters if that was Brady or Manning.

faulk has always been a steeler hater, always. Jealousy cuts deep with him.

I totally agree, and if Porter gets a fine, then the tape should be reviewed and each of the 15 people on the field with Bernards injury must be identified too!

I'm beginning to get pissed.......There was a member of the Steelers organization ON THE GROUND right at Munchaks feet, I honestly believe that Munchak was trying to steady himself and steer Nelson away from danger. NONE of that is being taken into account when discussing Munchack. A HOF'er and class act.

AM I the only one outraged that BURFICT made contact, acosted and interfered with Steeler Medical Personnel when they were assisting an injured player off the field??? He flung so hard he hit Peezy on the follow through yet all we here about is why is Joey Porter on the field??

Burfict should get a LENGTHY suspension on that alone.

Thank you for saying this. For the people saying Porter should never have been on the field. Really? I challenge all to go look at any nfl game, where a player gets knocked out. Usually many people rush out to see how the player is doing. Sometimes all coaches and all players from both teams.

I agree completely here. Burfict leaned in and when AB was being helped off the field put his hand on him. I was ******* speechless.
