Not that it would be a trade per se, but the Depot has an article reminding us that the NFL passed the resolution where teams that lose a minority coach or executive to a HC or GM job for another team will be compensated a third round pick in two consecutive drafts. It becomes 3 consecutive drafts if they lose both coach/exec to HC/GM jobs.
