Sam Darnold signed a 3-year, $100.5 million contract with the Seattle Seahawks following a breakout season with the Minnesota Vikings. The Seahawks traded former starter Geno Smith to the Las Vegas Raiders, and Colin Cowherd wonders if the move raised or lowered the Seahawks’ ceiling.
