Who will the Browns pick first?

A ) Barkley

B ) Rosen

C ) Mayfield

D ) Allen

E ) Darnold

E ) Somebody who will bust

So, you are predicting that Darnold will bust? E). Darnold = E) Somebody who will bust?

Why? Is his head too big? :unconscious:

Imo the QB that’s going to come out of this and be a pro bowler in Josh Rosen.
He’s intelligent, has a good enough arm and to me the most important, gets rid of the ball very quickly.
Reminds me of the young Aaron Rogers.

I hope Browns do not pick him otherwise he’s going to be tough to deal with over the years.
He won’t be but if for some weird reason he was there in the mid 20’s, then I move up to snatch him. I’d feel very comfortable with him as Ben’s understudy. These other QB’s, no thanks.

To your question, I think they take Darnold and I hope that they do just that.

Darnold or Mayfield.. whichever they like more

I haven't checked his hand's size, but Daronld's ball security sucks. He's a sack / fumble waiting to happen the way he hold the ball.

I think Rosen is the best of the bunch as long as he doesn't get a big head on how good he can be. Dude looks like Peyton Manning at times, and did it on very average team, sometimes brining them back

Darnold...if no trade.

There are maybe 10,000 things I can list off the top of my head - including centipede breeding and categorizing deep sea gulper eels - that I care more about than who the Browns are going to pick first in the draft.

safest bet is for them to take Barkley.
none of these top QBs have separated themselves from the guys available in lower rounds. Hell, Rosen's stats were almost duplicated by Riley Ferguson in their game this season, handing UCLA their first loss.Ferguson threw 6 TDs to Rosen's 4.

It's almost a foregone conclusion that the Giants will be taking Barkley if the Browns pass on him. That should at least tell the Browns that Barkley is the best pick overall.

to answer the question...

Darnold or Mayfield

If they werent the idiotic browns, they'd take barkley and whoever at qb at #4. None of these quarterbacks are canton-bound, rosen will be decent, darnold and the rest = "meh"
I totally agree. I personally would take Barcley and Chubb and then trade next year for Foles. Then you would have something.

Unfortunately, the Brownies take Barkley #1 and the best remaining QB at #4. Why? Because Barkley will not bust, and the chances that the guy they pick at either #1 or #4 busting are basically equal.

Barkley #1, Rosen or whoever #4.

I could care less about who they pick as well. But as far as QBs go I think Rosen is the most attractive. If the Steelers had the top pick, that is who would want them to draft.

Tibs, I feel this is a cry out for help to combat your inner worship of the Cleveland Browns. The first step is to be honest with yourself and you have strived towards that goal with your acknowledgement above. Sincerely I wish you the best of everything in your journey.

Salute the nation

Someone I will feel sorry for,but not that sorry. They just hit the lotto going No.1$$$

If I'm them, I take Barkley. Whatever, qb is there at 4, take him.

I had the same idea. Unless they much prefer one QB over the rest, or have ruled out more than two of the top 4, there’s no reason not to do that.

I think they go Rosen, but should take Barkley. Rumor is the G-Men will take Barkely if he is there. Somehow, some way, the Browns are going to screw this up.

Didn’t Rosen pull an Elway/Eli on them and tell them “No way, Jose!”?

I heard Rosen speak. He's a vocal dude not shy about talking when the truth is on his side. Whomever takes him either picks up the baggage if he blasts teammates or the coaching, or benefits if he is a franchise level type of QB capable of holding other accountable due to his status.

I think he's the best QB in the draft. But all 5 top QB's have bust traits. I think one or two will be very good, one average as a pro, the other two busing.

Rosen - His personality turns some off.
Mayfield - His size and limited arm + off the field issues
Allen - The least polished, with questionable tweets on race
Darnold - Way too turnover prone
Jackson - Limited passer, not very smart.

Let the buyer beware. I hear Mayfield is likely the 1st pick of the draft. WOW.

I kinda hope he is. I'd love to see him wearing **** brown.
