They won't make an in-season replacement unless they let Butler go and have Tomlin himself take over.
I would like Perry Fewell, he has coached mainly in 4-3's but that should be on the table as well. His specialty
is secondary coaching and coaches secondary with Jags where they have leading pass defense in NFL.
He won a Super Bowl beating Pats as Giants DC. He was also DC with Buffalo and Interim HC. His
secondary held Gronk to 2 catches for 15 yards this past Sunday.

Darren Perry should also get an interview. He has been on the cusp of DC promotion.

Rex also brings a lot of ego and there isn't enough room here for Shades and him both. The only way that works is if Art The Deuce sits Shades down and tells him to STFU and leave the defense alone you've done enough harm already.

Also I would fire every non-offensive coach on the team except for Tom Bradley and Karl Dunbar since they just got here and this shitshow isn't their fault.
