Bell easily. While I don’t agree with the execution, I can at least understand the reasoning.
Bell was about his financial stability. As a RB, he wanted that security, because the position has a shorter shelf life. He’d already had 1 major gruesome looking injury in 2014 and he had more touches than anyone on the team multiple years in a row.
It turns out it was best for him as he’s not even been close to the player he once was - at least we’ve not seen any evidence of it. The Jets were awful & Coach didn’t want him & KC quite frankly doesn’t need him. Also, look at Todd Gurley, he’s pretty much done as a dominant RB & it happened seemingly overnight.
The bad blood in negotiations and his effectively taking less money to go to Jets is probably fault on both sides. Bad blood happened with Hines Ward & Rod Woodson— one it was worked out, the other (low balling Rod Woodson) was 1 of the 2 “unforgivables” I attribute to Tom Donahoe.
Brown: with benefit of 20/20 Hindsight it was obvious in 2015 he was a toxic selfish player. Talented, but toxic. The Facebook livestream after playoff game & the pouty display of not being recipient of the TD in AFCCG...
I can’t think of anyone who burned more bridges with a scorched earth campaign out of town — including nixing trade for Buffalo’s #9 pick — than AB.
Add to it I hates me some Brady & Bruce Arians and it’s Go KC
