I think we all know the likely scenario is there will be no OTA's, no mini-camp, and no pre-season games (maybe 1). Hopefully, they will at least get to have a 4 week camp of sorts.

With that said, what will the league do with teams and who they can or cannot keep? If there is only a 4-week camp before the season starts, teams won't have enough time to evaluate their draft picks or free agents. Will the league allow a larger practice squad? Will they make it so this year a team's practice squad is off-limits to other teams from poaching players? Something will definitely need to be done or teams will have to leave their draft picks on the team and hope they are better than the guys they are replacing or just throw some of their picks out the window without proper evaluation. It will be a total crapshoot.

Anyone have any thoughts or hear any rumors in regard to this?

Great questions man..

Maybe create a new designation to hold players that fall into this category this year...

Call it the 19 squad?

I just have no idea what they are going to do. I just hope there is a season, even if it starts with few or no fans in the seats. With Ben coming back (hopefully), our FA acquisitions and our draft so far, we have definitely improved. The bad thing is, the Ratbirds were better than us last year and they look to have improved quite a bit. They will definitely be the favorites to win our division.

I think with the great success of the virtual Draft this year....that the NFL and their sponsors have taken notice.

There will be a season...but it will look more like Madden that real football...
