I'm impressed thus far and YES we are actually nearly there. Joey needs a little help out the door but his friendship with Coach Cool Shades may delay that. If Tomlin can step back a little and let these defensive guys do their job AND (Tomlin) respect their body of work enough to actually incorporate it into actual game plan and playing time, with out his HAND in the cookie jar come game day, then we may have #7 on the way.

i like what i have seen so far.

Randy Fichtner might be the biggest question mark. I know he had his hand in the woodpile and is known to be a X and O guy. But he has never been a OC at this level. If he was a player you would label that with a high ceiling and a low floor type prospect. Boom or bust. You would hope he learned enough around Haley to see what works and doesn't. His stamp will be in the critical play calling moments. Will he give way to Ben or put his stamp on it.
