Tomlin is 3-12 to close out the season the last three years... he needs to go

The real question is if we keep Tomlin what will change ? Does anyone have confidence this clown will suddenly button up the team and learn X and OS and in game coaching acumen ? Nope it will just be more of the same.

Wow, that averages to a 1-4 season ending record. Which, was how they pretty much backed in to the playoffs this year. You know, you don't really get it until you see the numbers laid out like that. It's honestly as if Tomlin just... quits the last 1/4 of the season.

Even in the lean years, we still had Chuck Noll. Now we have a gum-on-your-shoe coach we can't get rid of because the ownership is satisfied with non-losing seasons. We will be at the bottom of the AFCN for the next couple years and the tragedy is that the high draft picks won't do us any good.
