We're at 8 wins. You know what that means????

I think before Rodgers started they had a guy named Farve.

Rodgers is HIS QB now.....He took him to SB...Farve never made it with McCarthy....

Point is, Tomlin does pretty well minus Ben considering how tough it is to adjust without your franchise QB in a passing era. Other coaches, not so well.....Tomlin has his flaws but his "next man" philosophy is on point

Which might be the reason Bermuda raised the question. Tomlin has been to two super bowls and Dennis Green never had that type of success. So when comparing don't you have to find another coach who has been to super bowls??

I was just defending the career of Green stating what he's done is more difficult that what Tomlin has done. Tomlin had 1 QB. Green platooned 3QBs his first 2 seasons, then rotated through Moon, Cunningham, and Culpepper. That's a lot of turnover at the QB position to be that successful consistently over 9 seasons. Pretty impressive when you look at it, and Green is always portrayed as a buffoon.

Dallas. Winning record with Romo as starter. 7-17 with backups.

Tough to be in that discussion with 2 sb appearances and a sb win.

Note the word "anymore" in that argument. Nothing tough about being in that discussion should the Steelers fail for the fifth year in a row to win a single playoff game.

Dennis Green had a 15-1 season, and would have went to the Super Bowl if Gary Anderson, who hadn't missed a kick all year, could have made a 38-yard field goal in an indoor stadium.

Well again, WHO is his ****** quarterback ?....What role does Ben play in those playoff losses....if Mike hasn't won in 5 seasons it's even more apparent BEN ain't won in 5 seasons either....When the talk of playoff ineptitude comes up in Cincy, it's always Daltons name that comes up....when Dan couldn't win a title in Miami, did the fan base or media dog Shula ? But when in The Burgh, if we don't win, it falls on The coach......

You're right, man. Tomlin is God, and beyond reproach. Ben sucks.

Well discuss it bro.............I mean ****....you'll rip on Tomlin but I don't see you say **** about Ben and his subpar performances in these losses vs lesser talented teams. Tomlins the coach...and yeah, he will openly "own" those losses. But don't you think for one minute that #7 has put up ****** performances in those losses. SO I say dispense some of that blame where it belongs. Ben could throw 3 INTs today that lead to a loss and you'll speak 2 seconds on it but in the coming week this board goes apeshit on Tomlin and his lack of preparation with this team. Who is responsible for the miscues ?....somebody needs to own it. Tomlin ?

If youre inclined, go back and look at those games we lost to those opponents and outside the Bucs game our QB has reduced QB rating and multi INTs.
