WoW, what a mess from team struggles to the TJ Watt needle use.
----- Here we sit in 1st place of the AFC North, a very flawed division. We have absolutely no identity, no real scheme on either side of the ball, no future QB to speak of, HISTORIC crappy run defense, and more........... Yet here we are, in 1st place............................... how the hell does that work.
-----Miami comes to town for Monday Night football. It's going to be freaking cold, so PLEASE bundle up correctly. Many say the strength of the Dolphins is their run game, Akane (sp) is 3rd rushing in the NFL. One must also realize the defenses they have face are near or higher ranked than our sorry run stuffing machine. Take the TJ Watt kid out of play and it becomes even worse. I thought I'd read their run D isn't very strong either so just maybe.
-----Steelers are weak in many departments but baffled how they win. Coaching seems to not have the answer on either side of the ball. If somehow the coaching staff, with the extra day of film study, can put together something they don't normally do, there could be a chance. Come out and surprise them similar to the Ireland Game, or the Colts game. Don't get smart or tricky. With Theilen (sp) they now can get some aversion away from DK and we saw good thjings happen. Build on that offensively but remember to run the ball, a lot.
-----Steelers defense has a chance of improvement if Harmon can play. Stopping the run will be the biggest occupation payday needed. Losing the TJ will not help, Obviously.

WTF happened? There are several thoughts on what happened, yet not many holding accountability.
--- It is thought that TJ was getting treatment via a needle. The Trainer went in to far and punctured a lung causing more than their facility can handle, thus the hospital. The strength and conditioning staff is said to be responsible for this incident. That same staff had lower league grading last year yet no replacement upgrades. The national media is giving a soft pass on the whole story. Why isn't Art 2 being questioned in regards of staff and accountability of his cheapness on trained staff?
--- It would be very hard for TJ to sue the NFL or even his employer as they have several liability factors built into contracts ect.. I know it's hard to account for all actions of the staff, but when the staff is of lower-end qaulity the accountability needs answered by the owner, Art 2.
--- With the TJ out, this only adds to the excuse the Tomlin may need as to explaining the season. COUNT on him being here next season for sure and he could easily get that 1 yr extension with an additional option year, similar to what he has now.

Currently 9 F and snowing here. Tractor bucket snow attachment is on and she is plugged in, UTV has it's snow plow mounted and ready,
electric snow thrower batteries are charged, leaf blower is gassed and ready, and lastly the most reliable........ hand snow shovel is good to go.!!!
