I always thought Ward would be a good coach if he wanted. Of course, I had hoped it would be with the Steelers.

Forgot Hines was over there. They really should bring him home next year. We could use some of his toughness with these bumbling, fumbling WRs.

Ray Sherman came out of retirement to act as interim WR coach, so there is a logical spot for Ward. He was terrific teaching the young receivers when he was a veteran on the roster and he was a guest in training camp before working with the receivers. Normally I don't like former players without experience at lower levels taking a job with the team, but he is a rare exception.

**** that jet

....nawwww i'm kiddin. Hope we beat yerass, Hines

Same here. A guy that used his heart and smarts to get into the psyche of so many defensive players. I know the cliche is good players don't typically make good coaches, but Hines is the exception IMO. I really hope they go after him in the off-season.
