Numbnuts in Cincy isn't going anywhere. No one else wants to work for Mike Brown and he's too cheap to fire Marvin and have to pay two head coaches. Mike Brown is the NFL's version of Bob Nutting, where mediocre is fine as long as it doesn't cost a lot of money.

Harbaugh isn't going anywhere. I live down here and after the last few wins plus Flacco getting benched may have saved him for this year. Their defense is pretty solid.

Tomlin's fatal flaws are that he overestimates his own defensive chops. Thel reality is this. He inherited a monster defense led by a legend. Since then they have been shity. He himself was a coordinator for exactly one year. Outside that he was an athlete driven position coach. Defensive back and wide receiver. He simply doesn't have the chops to solve problems by scheme.
Number two, he is overly loyal to Tomlin guys. The best must play. You have a guy like Dupree who is at best adequate playing the key position on the defense. They dont even try to get someone else. Matthew Thomas. Ola. They dont even try.
