Le'Veon Bell's suspension plan: Attend meetings, rap, hype DeAngelo Williams

PITTSBURGH -- DeAngelo Williams was on his way to a Wednesday morning team meeting when I asked if I could catch him later for an interview. He said sure.
Then Le'Veon Bell, headed to the same meeting, chimed in.
"Nobody's catching him," Bell said.
Yes, Bell has confidence that Williams and the Pittsburgh Steelers' offensive line can run the ball on the Cincinnati Bengals this week. But Bell's presence has loomed throughout his three-game suspension for missing NFL-administered drug tests. He has stayed in Pittsburgh, where he is allowed to attend meetings and function as a Steelers player off the field.
The only things he can't do are practice and play.
Williams' 143 yards and two touchdowns in the season-opening win at Washington are a reminder the Steelers will be just fine until Bell gets back. But Bell seems to be keeping himself motivated, inside and outside the facility.
When he's not hyping up Williams' ability, he's hyping his side project. Bell likes to make rap songs, and apparently his latest, 'I'm the man,' drops Friday.
That Bell is around the facility and engaged in all things Steelers while suspended is a positive for a player hoping to maintain his status as the game's best overall back.
