1) What's with keeping the starters in when the games are decided - either in victory (last night) or defeat (last week)? And, why were we throwing the ball on 1st down midway through the 4th quarter with a 30+ point lead? Have we not had enough injuries? Know when it's time to get out of Dodge!

2) AB celebration personal fouls. No big deal last night, but does he have the presence of mind to not do it when the Steelers take a 1 point lead with 2:00 left and the opponent having 3 TOs?

Also, if a TD was to be nullified by a penalty, could AB still get a personal foul for celebration and would it be in addition to the other penalty? I'm thinking it could and would.

Hmmm Reid didn't pull Alex Smith and his starters in a blowout. Such a Dumbass

Not sure if this was discussed yet or not but why didn't we go for 2 after the 2nd TD? We had a successful conversion after the first one and there was a penalty on the XP after the 2nd TD that would've put the ball at the 1. What is the purpose of going for 2 at the 2 yard line and not going for it when the ball would be at the 1?

I'm with you. With the ball on the 1 with Bell and DWill, I'd take that every time!

The only defense of not going for it that I could think of was, the Steelers were already had the extra point advantage and didn't want to lose that advantage. Though the statistics always favor going for it, situationally, by having the 2pt conversion, not going for it the next time helps to save that point advantage.

I'm glad they went for it, and I assume they will start going for it more often now. It was Bell's first game back and since he performed so well, it opens up the offense for everyone!

I'm not sure but I think Al Michaels was saying once you line up for the PA attempt you can only take the 5 yards not the move it up to the one option.. I may be wrong though..

If we go for two and don't make it, the lead is 14 pts and KC can tie without being forced to go for 2. By kicking, you force them to go for 2 or score 3 times....

Probably working on some things they wanted to correct this week. Also they got Bell more reps which worked out good for us.

Starters still in and throwing the ball? Maybe thinking some sort of tie-breaker down the road???? Just a guess.

TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION

If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined.

Two Clubs
1.Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
2.Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3.Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4.Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
5.Strength of victory.
6.Strength of schedule.
7.Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
8.Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
9.Best net points in common games.
10.Best net points in all games.
11.Best net touchdowns in all games.
12.Coin toss

I have a problem with AB returning punts. Stupid move.

Well Roger was inactive and it was raining pretty hard. I think they just wanted their best hands guy back there.

He was clearly told to fair catch. No one was even around him and he seemed pissed. He can't get hurt just standing there.

Labs had one of his topics regarding pulling starters in games and the message it sends. It was an interesting read and regardless of agreement or not it had some valid points as to what to do and the message you send based on what you do.

He is basically there because he has the best hands on the team. He mostly fair catches unless there is a lot of room. Rogers was also doing it till he was hurt. Who else would you trust as much?

After a win like that, how can you complain? Just enjoy.

That said, Antonio Brown's continued celebration / unsportsmanlike conduct celebration penalties MUST stop. Mike Tomlin, Todd Haley, Richard Mann, Ben Roethlisberger, someone, pull that young man aside and tell him that the antics need to stop. It is OK to celebrate, but keep it within the rules. You are going to hurt the team at some point. We've been lucky that the last two penalties for pumping have not hurt us much with field position.

Great win!!! Go STEELERS!

The celebration penalties are out of hand. He "celebrated" for 4 seconds and got congratulated by his teammates then went to the sideline. Ridiculous penalty because who it is. It's Ok though for half of the KC D to wrap up Ben and then take him to the ground after the whistle with NO FLAG!

The problem is his celebration was funny ... It was not warrant of a penalty -- That was the most shown clip all morning on the Sports shows .... The refs need to get a life ..

I think AB is trying to figure out how many hip thrusts it takes before it doesn't draw a flag.

Ezekiel Elliott celebrated in the same manner more than once yesterday and no flag. I wish he would stop, you're the best WR in the game act like it. But the flags are bullshit.
