Those who selected 27 are correct.
27 starting Qb's for the Browns since 1999. With so many early first round picks and the law of averages, you'd think they would have found somebody decent by now.

Their problem was trotting out talented players, behind a terrible line, before they were ready. They beat the crap out of their young QBs. Though recently they had a great line when the had Mack AND Thomas playing, now they just have Thomas.
