Tough defeat last night but congratulations on your win over us. Hope you guys have a great rest of the season. If only we could have gotten a few breaks to go our way then maybe we could have won but we didn't. You guys were the better team. I know you guys probably despise us over the Super bowl years ago but Merry Christmas to you all anyway. I hope you smash NE.

Stand up post. We welcome other fans here if they are straight up. Probably better posters than some Stillers fans.

I admit that loss hurt my heart bad.

Good stand up respectable post but you know we feel for yaz as we've been here where you are right now. Why bring up the SB win / loss ??

most really don't care much about the packers and those that do probably lean toward liking them more than most other teams

that said, two picks and a fumble weren't enough breaks for you? Or the Steelers secondary leaving WRs wide open several times?

This is a terrible season for us. Oh well I guess you cant win every year.

Thanks for visiting our board GB, and hopefully you stick around for some more football insight. I don't hold a grudge over the superbowl. I went to it and I had a blast tailgating with GB fans and Steeler fans. 2 blue collar cities that love their teams with all their heart, and enjoy a good time while tailgating. The single best tailgate experience of my life. Your fans are respectful, insightful, and understand people like other teams.

Oh, and just so you know, I'm an owner. Just so I could say I'm an NFL owner, I bought voting stock right after that Superbowl. It's only fair that I own the Packers right after they owned us in the Superbowl.

Go Pack Go!

I think most fans hated that SB loss, but you see very few that actually dislike the Pack. We are too busy hating the cheats, and disliking the rats, bungholes, and for us ol school fans the cowgirls are thrown into the mix.

So many likenesses to our two teams, I think many respect what Green Bay brings to the table.

Losing a heartbreaker like that I doubt we can win next week.

Other than your douchey coach whining about his poor qb getting hit, like this isn't football anymore, I have nothing but respect for the pack. Didn't like that particular Superbowl you mention, but that's as much on our idiot OC at the time as it is on anything else, if anything I hate Spinthenfall and Whiff Johnson for ******* up that potentially momentum shifting drive more than the team that was there to beat them.

I'm in that boat as I like the packers. Several of my good friends are BIG packers fans. The SB loss wasn't so much the Packers beat us but to me the dislike and sour taste was more created by our inept Coaching staff. PITTSBURGH had a very good team with high expectations and I feel our coaching staff didn't live up to the proper level. Like I said I like the packers and like some have said here there are way easier teams to hate, especially in our storied franchise history.

Salute the nationm

I for one hate the Packers, mostly because one of my friends growing up was a Packers fan.
Nice first post, aside from the quick Super Bowl jab.

Sent from my XT1585 using Steeler Nation mobile app

He didn't jab Tom. He simply mentioned the elephant.

That was a tough loss for Steeler fans, but the truth is, Mathews made a play at the exact instant the Pack needed it. I believe absolutely that if Mendenhall isn't obliterated right there and fumbles, that the Steelers go on to score, take the lead and break the Packer's spirit.

It didn't go that way. Football is a fickle God. That was a GREAT ******' Game! Hated to lose it, but it was one of the best SB's regardless. And how can you not love Rogers?

It should have never came to that. We were up 21-3 in that game and all of a sudden you guys are going for the lead in the 2nd half. I think we thought we had it won and lost momentum or maybe Pittsburgh made adjustments. I was nervous as the Steelers edged closer.

GB, it's great to have insight from other teams on this site. We have a Baltimore and Cincy fan that post here and are part of our community. We also have Pats fans that pretend to be Steeler fans, who are disingenuous cowards.

We are much more open to other fans who respect their own teams, love the game, and have insight to offer. I hope you stick around for some great football discussion, and feel free to add some Green Bay news to our football threads if you'd like to discuss and get our thoughts as well!

With improved QB play I am sure the Pack will still win their fair share of games.

Your season won't end like you want, but I am sure most teams that would lose their franchise QB during the season. Would get that stamp.

Cheer up at least your team is fighting thru it, and showing some resiliency.

with all the Steelers injuries and Rodgers primed for a Ring, a loss to the Pack in the SB was not surprising. Of the recent SBs, that was the one I had a feeling it was going to be very tough to pull out.

I don't hate the Pack. I have a lot of respect for that organization. Good luck and hope Aaron recovers quickly.

Missing Pouncey hurt us bad in that SB. Kemoeatu also played like **** and got pushed around, one of which caused Ben's arm to get hit and led to an INT (the TD return). If Mendenhall doesn't fumble this game goes another way. The momentum had shifted.

A classy fan. If Ben was out for as long as Rodgers, the Steelers would be lucky to make the playoffs too.

Stick around GB.
Good luck to the Pack down the line.

Pretty much what Slash said here. The SB loss didn't sting as much tbh. The Packers are a classy franchise
