The teachable moment should be the game after the next.

Don't be the ******,be the fuckee!

In the grand scheme of things, the people at the lab are still adding butter to the POPcorn..... If you will.

Our current record show Coach Tomlin as average and I tend to agree. The Browns were trying to hand us that game. D played well considering the 4 interception and one for a TD. Our OC did **** in play calling. He played right into their hands and never even tried to combat the 8+ men in the box. A lot here talk of how bad Mason is but not many here talking about the play calling. Call me sour grapes ape but we had a coach who took over play calling mid season but alas, I don't think our HC can actually handle the game play calling.

ST is a joke, from head to toe. The only thing that off sets it a tad is the GREAT year both punter and kicker are having. As for the cover teams play, ****, our gunners and lane men can't stay or comprehend what ever the hell he is telling them. I see gunners out of bound consistantly and lane men doubled up in same lane allowing the gash up middle right or middle left way more often the a medium coached ST.

A trade to whomever will trade would be best way to get some value other than cutting him out rights, healthy players or not.

I'm fine with the Steelers going over the top in taking responsibility for their actions. First, it shows accountability and hopefully refocuses the team on the ultimate goals. Also, as Pouncey goes through his appeal or if there are future suspensions, the league could be more apt to reducing the suspension.

By the way, I'm taking that trade for Tomlin as well.

What the hell did you guys expect him to say? Since y’all are so miserable having him As our coach I have a proposition. Why don’t y’all go to the Redskins, cause Tomlin’s not going anywhere. SMDH

Settle down crash. All you are seeing from fans is years of frustration from their team underperforming in route to the playoffs. It isn't like they are threatening to jump ship.

...years and years and years and years and years. That last superbowl win? Those babies born then are now 11-12 years old.

All that offensive talent bell, brown, ben and a half *** defense produced nothing.A few really lame playoff games. Now the team is trending defense and have a trainwreck offense.

So are you taking us for fairweather fans because we're sick of this underperforming coaching staff? I assure you that isn't the case. I've been a Steelers fan since 1972. They are the only reason that I continue to watch the NFL. If I bail on this team, not likely, I wont be becoming a Redskin fan or any other team for that matter. I'm a lifer.

Yes COACHING is the weakest link in this decimated team. Has been for quite some time. We are trading for proven or near success players rather than drafting as we can't talent evaluate to save our dog. Free agents at a trade cost, to afraid to make fire / hire coach changes..................

YES, as fans who have a standard and are not afraid to voice their standard.!

I'm not even sure it's talent evaluation. I think it's coaching and scheme issues. What is going to happen to Fritz when he is "coached up" in the system next year?

"We accept responsibility for the actions at the end of that game."

And uh, the season coach? Do you accept responsibility for the poor showing throughout this season?

[insert bug-eyed, blank-stare Tomlin photo here...]

His poor showing or the teams?
If him fine, but if team really?

A young team decimated with injuries is .500
Not poor at all

Coach Tomlin is responsible for team injuries. That is all...

I don't like mediocrity but knowing what we know---how long had HCMVLT had full control of the team?

Not an excuse. Just a question...

The team has been healthy for years. Tomlin won 0 SBs with a healthy team for the past decade. He's only been to 1 AFCC game in a decade. This year we have injuries like everyone else. Most of the teams we've played had backups all over the place. We've been spoiled for years with healthy teams.
