Do ticket prices go down as you get closer to game day? Looking to go to Cardinal game. They’re a bit pricey. Do prices go down if I wait, or should I bite the bullet now? What’s the best source? Thx!

I usually buy 2 days out and most of the time that seems where it bottoms out. I used to play the last minute game but with all the apps available. It isn't always the bargain it used to be. Stub hub has 15% off if you use SAVE15. If you download the Vivid seats app you should get 10% off your first purchase. At least the % offs knock down the fees some.

I always have to travel so far and spend so much on the trip to wait last minute. If you are driving distance from the game I wouldn't hesitate for a second to last minute it. Book a hotel and if you strike out, you can always watch at a bar. I don't think people are going to eat their tickets. Some have to drop. I question whether they cliff though. People would simply watch and vulture the tickets. I'd guess you would save 25-30% max.

Prices have already dropped for the game this Sunday, and continue to do so by the day. The shine has worn off for the Cardinals and the Steelers will most likely be playing a home game.

The trick will be not waiting too long and the seats you desire sold to someone else. Haven't decided yet whether to even go.

The wife does therapy dog visitations at Phoenix Children's Hospital and her teammate is Nicole Bidwell, Michael's wife. I've been bugging her to hit Nicole up for tickets, but she won't do it, especially knowing we'll be cheering for the other side.

But ticket prices are down about a third from a couple of months ago, so I am tempted.

I was hoping I’d hear that. I will look at buying on Wed or Thurs.

It's been the same for all the international games here in London. Unless it's a marquee matchup the tickets come right down and there was no shortage of touts at the stadiums. It's making me rethink how I go about organising tickets for when I travel to the states.

Prices coming down steadily. I’m going there anyway, but might wait until Friday or Saturday. Suspect there are plenty of tickets to be had. Worse comes to worse, I miss the game, but I suspect they’ll be giving them away by Saturday [emoji3]

You may want to look at individual ticket holders as well, Craigslist, etc. You may need to be more careful of scams, but easier to negotiate.
Broker fees can easily run $100 per ticket.

They had face value tix for sale recently and I grabbed two of them. Its a tricky game to wait for the price to drop because the inventory is reduced at that point. If you can afford the price, I'd swoop in and get the tix so we can add a few more Steeler fans to AZ Heinz West Sunday.

Face value for premium seats at the stadium are around $175, at least they were 3 years ago when I regularly attended, and ticket prices haven't changed much since then.

These were lower level, 45 yard line seats, in the 20th row. As of yesterday, they're still trying to $425 to $450 for them including the fees. For that price, I hope they end up eating them.

I'm going to keep looking as well.

lets see jhonson and Washington fly on that fast grass.

Lower level seats in that area are going to resell for that price. I haven't gone back to check the pricing on them closer to game time but that's a standard price for ALL NFL stadiums for prices around the 50 yard line lower level. This is why I sit in the lower level end zone so I can pay in the $100-$200 range instead.

I thought I was looking at $240 or so yesterday for those. Haven’t checked today. Nose bleed we’re going for about $140
