The Season from Hell: Inside Roger Goodell's Ruthless Football Machine

I'll be sure to. Not sure how he will achieve this without squeezing us even more.

It is sad to see empty seats in important games during the regular season and at a playoff game. It is pretty much my lone form of entertainment, so I don't mind spending, but I find free/cheap parking, get a free drink at the game and split some nachos to save money. The actually game environment is a blast, but the night games, traffic, drunks and prices take away from the experience.

I agree with you on the game day experience .. I do have a parking pass but I never buy anything at the game. I bring in bottled water and sometimes a snack or 2 in my bag - but I refuse to buy a cup of coffee for $5 or a bottle of water for $4 ..

WHAAAATT???? Come on, man! The $13 10-ounce cup of Budweiser and $12 lukewarm hot dog with condiments from a plastic container that's been there since 1973 are part of the atmosphere! You can't go to a game and NOT overpay for food and drinks! That's un-American, is what it is!

LOL season ticket holders -- it gets old after awhile -- we do better tailgates in the parking lot !

The NFL is ripe for a rival league to take its place right now... it really is only a matter of time before someone tries, especially if they have slightly bigger rosters and draft and sign guys right out of high school
