I was going back through previous drafts just to look at players taken and who had how many picks in the first 2 rounds. So what I see is the clowns have had two first round picks every year from 14 through 18, (2016 they picked 32 and it was considered 2nd round). This year they have 2 of the first 4 picks in the first, the first, third and 32 pick in the 2nd, (33,35,64). How in the holy name of god can you still be so ******. I think if we were that bad I would just give up on football.

I know we have had some bad years, hell I have been a fan since the early 70's so I have pretty much seen it all. But DAMN I just don't get it. Maybe they need to move and get a fresh start somewhere else. I actually feel sorry for their fans.

I got a feeling this will stop this year.....If they come away with Darnold at QB and Barkley at RB, they will be on the move offensively.

**** them and especially their fans.

They are like the 76ers. Respect the process, Tank to improve. This is their year, and it's the right draft to have a lot of picks. They might be the only other competition in the division this year.

they are the suckiest sucking team that has ever sucked....and they have the sucky coaching to continue it

There has been a big disconnect between the front office and the coaching staff of the Browns for a long time. As a result the FO has not been picking players that are the best fit for the coaches system. Usually that was because one or the other was going to be out the door that year. I'm sure that they didn't try to pick the wrong guys but that disconnect does not put players in a position to succeed. They seem to have finally got two guys at the top that think the same way about football and have a similar outlook on the sort of players they want. Assuming they have done their homework the Browns are in a position to smash this draft. If they get cute and trade away from people like Bradley Chubb then they need shooting. They should come out of this draft with the core of their team for the next 5-10 years.

They fire the coaches before they can build any continuity. I think Petine was turning them around and they fired him. Rome wasn't built in a day. They don't get it.

With so many picks this year, I sure hope this isn't the time they finally get over the **** pile. At some point, they have to get better, don't they?

I hope they do turn it around because I miss the old Clowns, Brian Sipe, Sam Rutigliano, Ernest Byner, etc. So many great games back in the day and for me, Baltimore will never command that respect, and never come close to that rivalry.

They hit on Joe Thomas with their first rounder how many years ago and then Alex Mack a few years later but aside from them, a whole lot of suck.

I checked out their last 10 years of 1st round picks and out of 16 picks, only 4 are still on the team and that's only because they had 3 first round picks last year. And of those 12 not on their team, half are not even in the league anymore. Joe Haden is one of their better picks and he's on our team lol

It's just absolutely horrible talent evaluation. I don't know if they just listen to Mel Kiper and pick based on his board or what the hell they do but it's mind boggling how bad they have been at drafting.

Maybe we take Colbert for granted when we can consistently find 2-3 good to great starters every draft (on average) when the Browns can barely find 2-3 every decade.

I have nothing but respect for their fans. they have basically sucked since the 50s. a few good years in the 80s but no championships in most of our life times. but those fans are still loyal and show up for every game. I know they are in our division but I almost want them to do better just for their fans sake.

One of only four teams that have never even been to a Super Bowl, let alone won one. And two of the four are expansion teams, Jags and Texans, that haven't been around nearly as long..

They are a snake bitten organization top to bottom.

Want to drive a knife into the heart of a Browns fan, tell them that their team didn't win a Super Bowl until a year after they moved to Baltimore.

Maybe slightly, they will have a lot of new and presumably better players but they won't be used to playing with each other and you have another relatively new coaching staff. I predict they win 4 games at most, which is still a 400% improvement over last year. With a modicum of improvement, one of those wins will be against us, probably at their house since we know how well Shades does against losing teams on the road. Take the Browns and the points.

I really am hoping Barkely doesn't go to there. He will die there or give us fits for years to come. I think they slowly will tun it around. They are bound to, right? You can only suck for so long.

Saw a recent report from Mary Kay Cabot that the Clowns are considering taking Baker Mayfield #1 overall tomorrow night. I'll be LMAO if they draft him #1 overall. That kid has B-U-S-T written all over him in the NFL. Many of the things that made him great in college will never work in the pros. Cmon Cleveland make it happen!

I dunno ....Baker has some traits that could shine in the NFL.
