These guys do awesome things, and that was one of the most exciting plays I've seen in a long time. I wish it was in the context of a winning effort, but that was cool ****. In spite of Tomlin's idiocy, this team makes it fun to be a Steeler fan. He is wasting all of this talent.

Almost bailed Tomlin out again, it's probably for the best that they didn't. The loser needs to be exposed.

it was perfectly executed to get them in FG range. Last year, we would have been into OT. This year, we are the Bad News Bears.

It's just a miracle the safety and corner didn't kill one another on that long Raider pass to get them to the 7. Under any other circumstances this year they would have collided hard enough to turn eachothers' brains to mush.

Should also be noted that it was none other than James Washington that made the catch and the perfect pitch in stride to the speeding JuJu. Well done young men.

For whatever reason I thought Juju was going to score. God damned brilliant effort and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it was LIMAS Washington who caught the ball and flipped it to Juju.

If only we could have got the Raiders to jump offsides three times in a row to get into a better spot on the field.

Oh yeah **** you Boz

I don't understand why teams don't run this play more often. When you have a ton of talented receivers, Brown's getting bracketed, and you can do a pitch and exchange, run it during the game. It will start spreading defenses out, when you run a couple of those.

Any time you lateral the ball you open yourself to a possible turnover. We see these plays usually end with flags for forward passes and also fumbles where they wildly lateral the ball and the defense recovers. Its a low percentage play but if they can pull it off good for them.

I believe if the safety doesn't get a hand on JuJu there and cause him to stumble just a bit he's in position to make a sharp cut or fake to the inside and score that play.

Defense got a break there. That's fair. The refs had been calling them for some weak **** throughout the game. The Facemasks were real. Some other stuff was ... hmmm?

It's a management of risk. But all trick plays manage risk, like let's have the RB/WR throw a pass when they haven't done it in a game since HS/College? Why have the RB turn around and toss the ball back to the QB on a flea flicker? They are all trick plays, and the hook and ladder is as risky as any of them. It used to be used more during games at the advent of the forward pass, but now it is only used at the end of games. I simply think it should be used as an option midgame, and if I coached, I would utilize it.

yeah it was, another squandered play by JuJu

I am sure it lessens the risk if they practice it.

Fitch just comes across as one smart mofucker.

I would love to see him as a interim coach.
