You did nothing this season to affect our playoff seeding. Not only did your win fail to remove us from the playoffs, but you provided Buffalo with the QB that won the game to make sure we're playing for SB 50!

Perhaps you should have kept Tyrod, that way you could have had some insurance since Flacco decided to go **** up this season!

They beat our team twice I am sure that was their SB.

But yeah thank you for giving the Bills the QB needed to beat the Jets.

Other than twice in one calendar year, Baltimore does not even enter my mind. Insignificant spec on the globe as far as I'm concerned.
 
Actually, those losses did affect playoff seeding, as the Steelers would be locked into the #5 seed and a first-round game against the Houston Texans.
 
Down here in RATLAND, it was, for certain a superbowl win for the rat fans. Pastor at my church could not wait to bust big time on me this morning. well enjoy the infomercials on tv next weekend rat fans, While we Steeler fans have the chance for stairway to 7.

Sorry, but that's not correct. KC has the tiebreak and the Broncos are a game up. We were locked into the 6 seed. (also since Cincy won today, there was no shot at winning the division no matter if we won out).

I suppose, if we want to get technical, if we won last week, and if this week: KC wins while Denver lost, we could have had the #5 seed.

Sorry, but you are incorrect. You said Baltimore "did nothing this season to affect our playoff seeding." Two wins against the Ravens have the Steelers at 12-4, and ahead of KC in the wild card standings.

And, if you want to get technical, they might even had been division champions, but I really don't feel like figuring out the the tiebreakers since I've already disproved your statement. Twice.

Ah, I see you were referring to both games. I see it, and I agree. If we're just talking about the last game, the one where all of my ravens friends were crowing about knocking us out of the playoffs, then I'd be right. Here's how the Facebook exchange went on my friend's wall:

It looks like the Ravens fans were a little premature saying they knocked the Steelers out of the Playoffs.

I reply: That's OK, they haven't been fans long enough to understand the rules yet.
