Has anyone seen anything about if Texans are playing starters or are playing for a better seed -- basically do they have anything to gain this week?

Already saw Ravens stated they are not playing many starters.

Its not like Steelers would be a legitimate contender with that offense -- damn its the worst since Kordell's 1999 season; at least Tomczak came in relief of him and resembled an NFL offense (remember being at the Bengals game when he brought them back to keep it close that year); but they are just BAD.

Just curious.

they are playing starters last i saw

Chiefs win in early game locks Texans into #4 seed, so they will know, their HC says he will play starters anyway, maybe just to knock out Titans if Steelers win

But we will see if he really plays everyone

Texans haven't been playing too well lately so even if they are locked in they could use this game as a tuneup. Bad part is watson and their one tackle were banged up last game so might not be worth it to let them play

ALL games with implications for each other MUST be played simultaneously. The Steelers don't deserve to be in the playoffs. They missed their chance. But honestly the Titans do not either.

We all thought Baltimore was going to blow-out Cleveland last year week 17. Never know.

TJ better be in JJ's ear.

Whatever happens, it is pretty cool to be in it on week 17 yet again.

Some of you ******* need to change your tune... it can't hurt.

Playoffs? You guys are delusional.

Playoffs started 2 weeks ago. I'm just hoping the steelers play well enough to win and not turn in some **** show on offense.

Texans winning isn't even a blip on my radar.

No team who has their seeding locked up is playing anybody of importance. It would be dumb as ****. We are where we are because of how awful our offense is.

The jets knocked us out. Another loss to a losing team comes back to bite us. You could also argue the Browns loss.

Losing to sub .500 teams is a Tomlin hallmark.
