I have heard on the Drive talk show that Arizona has the worst coverage vs the TE's in the league by far. Something like 75% completion rate. !3 TD's. Who here thinks we get our TE's involved as a big part of our game plan this week? They also stated that the Cards sucked in covering the RB's. This is a great time for Vance to have a big game.

The next TE seem pass completed will be the first. Oddly enough the lowest TE completion team........the Pats

Looks like a good game to use Jaysam as a pass catcher.

Sent from my moto g(7) power using Steeler Nation mobile app

Steelers have a phobia about throwing to TEs, i dont know what it is. I think they just see them as extra blockers.

They NEVER exploit other teams weaknesses either, we just "do what we do"

This game has a lot of common sense attributes to it. Our coaching staff could up their worth by going after these weaknesses and proving they have open capabilities of game planing even more. If an egg is laid in the coaching department then we don't deserve a win. This one is as easy as it gets for scheming and play calling. the toughest thing in this game should be containment of their QB, nothing else.

Murray is elusive and it's obvious even to me that someone should be assigned to him. As for a game plan, I'll leave it up to most of you on this board with more football knowledge than I have, because I rarely see any game to game adjustments by the Steelers.

Use of the TE's and Jaysam would be nice, we'll see.

I thought the Steelers waived their constitutional right to use tight ends...

Was there a mistake in the filing paperwork?

I heard on the radio (Tunch and Wolf I believe) and they stated they saw someone spying Mayfield most of the game and assumed the Steelers would do more of that against Murray.

Isn’t these situations a huge reason we traded up and got Bush?

Murray will be a nice precursor to Jackson in a couple weeks.

Rudolph got McDonald killed in week 3 at SF. They gotta keep him whole for the stretch run.

They do need to find these tight ends for easy down field completions v the dump offs to the RBs.

I could see them use the RBs more, not the TEs. It's just not something they've done this year.
