I like the kid but there is the part of TOMLIN's wanting position flexability. Sometimes to much flex is a hindrance as like the article says, one studies outside guys and knows their tendacys then get switched to inside guys and you hven't studied anything on them. Some flex is good but also to much can hit yaz.
