Steelers vs Seahags - Game Thread

Tomlin owns this loss, he is inept, arrogant and frankly stupid. But loved the way he celebrated the unimportant 2 point conversion like we win our 7th Super Bowl. We are stuck with the fool so get your entertainment where you can, it sure won't be winning playoff games with this moron and his personally selected defensive players and DC.

There are many who thought otherwise and are now saying we shouldn't of trusted the defense today. Mind you Forsett was ripping us that night also

Is that any worse than what they did? At least they are trying to go for the win and if they fail, the defense has Seattle pinned back very deep.
 
What exactly was inexcusable? Kicking the FG??
 
Tomlin ****** this game up from the beginning - we're done if Ben is concussed for even one game

Nothing is wrong with that nothing at all that's not my Point. My point is the hindsight bull ****. So if we had ran the ball and it didn't work. Are you telling me no one would be saying we should of passed the ball. No saying the coaches are dumb ***** for not passing the ball. For instance some were very adamant that we should of punted the ball or kicked the FG vs the Ravens and not gone for it. Now we should of gone for it no questions asked.

I call bullshit there. There is no way he could have known Ben was concussed on that play that quickly. Tomlin decided to kick the fg as soon as the play was over. Ben got up and jogged to the sidelines with no problem. He was even shown on the sidelines by himself a couple of times. It was only after Seattle scored the last TD that Ben was being "evaluated" and went to the locker room.
With all that said, it is IMO, that they didn't want Ben to return knowing they couldn't win down by two scores with only 2 minutes left.

Exactly right. Tomlin is lying out of his ***. The FG unit was already on the way out before Ben got up. I remember the announcer saying something to the effect of "There's no hesitation. He's already made his mind up, the FG unit is already on the way out".
 
Of course I knew their "strategy". I thought it was dumb as hell.
 
And a chance at a safety to tie the game...it killed me. Then the announcers are saying "look for the onside kick here". I knew they weren't going for that at all.
